How does it work?
This is a new format we are trialling to give you outstanding value. You simply sign up for a 6-week block and we can support you with whatever and however that is required. This can be in person (when this is possible), online (Zoom, Teams, Facebook, WhatsApp, you name it) and help with nutrition support, programme design, technique analysis and more. At the end of the block, you decide how valuable the service has been for you by paying an amount you deem fair. Still Confused? Have a read of the FAQs section below.

What’s the catch?
It sounds like there is, but there really isn’t. After the 6-week block, you will receive a small feedback questionnaire in order to review our service and for us to continually improve. And that is it.
So I can really do a 6-week block and pay £1?
Of course, this is the incentive for us to offer a great service and we are that confident we do.
Do I have to be in the North-East of Scotland or even the U.K. to sign up?
Not at all. With today’s technology, we can work with anyone, anywhere in the world. An advantage of being in the North-East of Scotland would mean that 1-on-1 sessions are possible. Unless you are willing to travel or pay for the flights 🙂
What if I don’t like it, can I get my money back?

What kind of things can you help me with?
We’ve had great success with very different people. General gym goers, complete novices, and elite athletes. Mums, dads and even kids. Check out our Services Page for more info on what we can offer.
What if I can’t finish the 6-week block?
We would try and work with you to overcome any obstacles you may face. If you needed to stop the programme then it would be the same principle. You only pay for the service you receive and how valuable you rate it.
What happens after a 6-week block?
We can have a review session to see how you feel about the service. You are more than welcome to sign up for another block. Or we can arrange for long-term support.
Am I fit enough?
It doesn’t matter how fit you are. Our programmes are completely individualised and tailored to your ability, from the complete novice to professional athletes. You might be surprised how fit you are.
Can I sign-up with a friend or as a group?
Yes. Signing up with a friend or as group can give additional encouragement and support. Our programmes are usually individualised and tailored to your ability, what we believe will benefit you the most and what you will enjoy. Friends or groups may share the same or similar goals (e.g., training for a 5 km run or a team training for a competition), meaning programmes may have similar aspects, but can individualise specific elements. Each person will pay what they want for the serviced received.
What kind of exercises and food will I be eating?
You will be eating exercises for fun! Our philosophy is no fads. No starvation. No generic cookie cutter plans. No nonsense. Again, you will determine the sort of plan you receive with help and guidance. We believe food and exercise should be enjoyable, so that it is sustainable. This doesn’t mean that it will be easy, but that is why we are here to support you.
What if I struggle with motivation?
Motivation is Bullsh*t! (why not have a read). We can provide you with tactics and a mindset that will keep you on track.
What if I apply for the programme and you are fully booked?
To offer maximum quality to our clients, we limit the number at any one time so we don’t dilute the service (still unsure, why not have a read of this post). If the service is full, it doesn’t mean we can’t get started. We can complete consultations, PARQ and any other potentially boring (but important) stuff out the way so you are ready to hit the ground running or whatever it is.
How will you be in contact?
We are flexible with our methods. Whatever is convenient for you. We will send you a questionnaire where you can decide what format we use for future communications. We are happy to video call, Facebook, WhatsApp, email and text messaging. Skype, Zoom, Teams, Viber, WeChat. Regular phone calls or in person 😷 (when possible).
How is a payment made?
We use PayPal because it is easy and secure. After 6-weeks we can send you a link with easy to follow instructions. If for whatever reason you are not happy with this then feel free to get in touch.
What equipment do I need?
We can design programmes around any equipment you have, gyms that you are a member of and even use your geographical settings (hills, walks, tracks etc.). We can also offer impartial advice on some products that may help you along the way. We have no affiliations with any companies so you can be reassured our advice is impartial and in your best interest.
What happens once I sign up?
Great choice! you will soon receive a quick questionnaire/PARQ so we can begin the perfect plan for you. We will then contact you by whatever means you have selected.
How often can I contact you once I sign up?
Our aim is to help you whenever we can, that is why we offer unconditional daily (or at night) support and strive on quick responses. Text, WhatsApp and Facebook messaging can be as frequent as you like. We can schedule meetings/phone calls for convenient times for us both.
